What is homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a gentle and effective system of medicine which has been practiced for over 200 years. It comes from the Greek meaning “similar suffering”, using the principle of like being cured with like. It offers individual treatment and focuses on the whole person; taking mental, emotional and physical symptoms into account.

What can be treated?

Acute illness such as fever, sore throats, and earache, as well as chronic problems including anxiety, insomnia, PMS, and eczema.

What happens during a consultation?

The first consultation usually lasts for around one and a half hours when a full personal and family medical history will be taken. Follow-ups, which take place every 4-6 weeks or as needed, usually last around 45 minutes and are important to assess reaction to the treatment.
