WELCOME

Top House Farm is situated in rural South Cheshire and has been our family home since 2002. We have restored and extended it over the years to create, what we consider to be, a special place in a tranquil location; within walking distance of Malpas village, yet close to Chester and North Wales. 

B&B/guest accommodation is now available in our barn conversion, which has a rustic, yet contemporary feel with exposed timbers, stone-flagged floors and log burners. The barn is situated within the grounds of our two and a half acre smallholding, yet has complete privacy. It is surrounded by open countryside offering wonderful walks, bridle tracks and cycle ways including the Bishop Bennett Way and The Sandstone Trail.
